Introduction from the Chair
Next year, Leeds will celebrate 400 years since it was granted a Royal Charter by King Charles I. Our rich cultural heritage has been a golden thread that’s weaved its way through the tapestry of our city’s progress – it’s time to put culture front and centre of our city’s ambitions, to harness its power and to re-position Leeds’ cultural offer as we kick off the next 100 years ahead.
